The best way is to book a free consultation. We'll discuss your goals, experience, schedule, and budget to find the right fit. Generally: Performance is for competitive athletes wanting full-service coaching, Development is for intermediate athletes ready to level up, Beginner is for first-timers, and Pre-Planned is for self-coached athletes who want proven structure.

We primarily use TrainingPeaks for daily training plan delivery, workout instructions, and performance tracking. Athletes can sync their devices (Garmin, Wahoo, etc.) directly to TrainingPeaks for seamless data flow. Communication happens via email and messaging based on your plan tier.

Absolutely. The majority of our athletes train remotely. Modern training platforms, wearable data, and video communication make remote coaching highly effective. Your training is fully customized regardless of where you're located.

Coaching is an ongoing relationship with daily or weekly training plans and regular communication. Consulting is a one-time or short-term engagement — you come in with a specific question or challenge, and we work through it together in a focused session. You walk away with a plan, but execution is on you.

Not at all. We'll work with whatever gear you have and recommend upgrades only when they'll make a meaningful difference to your training or racing. A GPS watch is helpful, but you don't need a power meter or a $5,000 bike to get started. We focus on the athlete first, the equipment second.

It depends on your plan. Performance athletes have priority daily access. Development athletes have regular weekly communication. Beginner athletes connect weekly. All coaching plans include prompt responses to training questions — you'll never feel like you're in the dark.

Yes. We want coaching to be the right fit for both sides. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you need to pause or cancel, we just ask for 30 days' notice so we can wrap things up properly and set you up for continued success on your own.
