Train to Train, Train to Race, Race to Win. Regardless of what stage of your athlete development you are at I have the programs and support to help you reach your full potential. 

For me running has always been so much more than a sport, it has been the foundation for all of the sports I have done over the years. Running has always been a constant for me, always there, ever present. My ongoing love for running has never changed over the years and I have been lucky enough to be very successful at it. 

But not everyone loves to run, it can be both testing and frustrating all at the same time. While training for running on the surface seems simple enough the underlying dynamics of running can often make it difficult. My goal as a running and endurance coach is to make running feel for natural and enjoyable for all my athletes while in turn making you faster than you have ever been. 

It doesn't matter if you goal is to run longer, faster or just with more enjoyment. I have custom coaching packages and programs that will suit your needs and will keep you on the right path.

Custom Running Coaching - Tier 2 - $135 per/month

My primary goal is to help you reach yours. For some that may to win for other just to finish but regardless of your long term goals I am committed to your needs and this custom program is the first set to getting from where you are not to where you want to me. 

Fully periodized training plans that include base, speed, endurance, and strength programs
Individually customized weekly coaching program & yearly long term plan (ATP)
Two Phone or Skype calls per month
Basic Training Peaks account;
Monthly field-based testing
Additional features will be added to your package after your consultation with your coach as programs need to be tailored to each athletes individuals needs.

Tier 2 – Run Coaching

Custom Running Coaching - Tier 3 - $195 per/month

The big difference between my two program tiers is in the amount of ongoing analysis of your data and customization of your program as I see changes in your fitness and biomechanics. If you have big goals or you think that your goals my be a stretch then this is the right plan for you. If you have questions feel free to set up a call with me so I can go over your goals and how I can help in detail with you before you sign up.

Four Phone or Skype calls per month

Running Analysis & Biomechanics - $149

Over the years there has been a tendency for running to be over simplified especially with performance based runner and also those with a history of injuries. The idea that running more will make you faster is only partially true, because while training volume is one aspect of training it is important t see the big picture. Volume will only make you so fast and after that it will rase your risk of injury and you will see limited returns on your training load. 

Looking at running form though biomechanics analysis is critical to long term performance gains and injury prevention. It is for this reason that we offer it with all my custom training program and for individual athletes not on program as an individual service. 

Each analysis is preformed by USAT Level 3 Coach, Justin Trolle. You will be provided with a video overview of what needs to be improved, areas to watch moving forward and suggested adjustments to training so that you can maximize performance gains and limit your chances of injury.
