Semi Custom Program

One size doesn’t fit all. It is because of this, we have a system that allows us to design a semi-
custom program that fits with your strengths and weaknesses while providing you with the best possible
chance of getting the goals you want on race day. It is an easy and affordable way for those who may
be on a budget but don’t what it to sacrifice their race day performances.

Along with your program we want you to gain knowledge so that you can train better and perform at a
higher level. Your plan comes with several 1-hour training specific webinars hosted by elite USAT level
3 coach Justin Trolle. You will be able to watch essential webinars that are important for your training
as well as purchase additional webinars that may be of interest to your development.
 
Once you have chosen and purchased the 3-2-1 plan that is right for you we will redirect you to a short
questionnaire page so that our coaching team can set up. Once your questionnaire has been submitted,
your program will be available through an online Training Peaks account based on your race needs
based on the information provided.

In addition to your program choice you can also schedule consultation calls with our coaching team
if you need help at any time getting on track or answering questions. (These call times are based on coach availability and prices are set based on our outlined consultation fee structure, you can add these sessions on an “a la carte” basis at the bottom of this page once you purchase your 3-2-1 semi custom program)

Minimum requirements for starting a 3-2-1 triathlon program: You must be able to swim 1500m within a one hour training session – Cycle 1 hour non-stop – Run for 15min non stop.
