Developing programs for both ourselves and our athletes is often difficult in that it takes a lot of time. For the first time ever I am offering pre designed plans for both Triathlon and Running events. These plans we designed by me so that you as athletes or coaches can set up your training and racing season quickly with the confidence. These plans are built on a Training Peaks platform and so can be applied immediately and quickly as an athlete. They can also be applied many times over if you are a coach or used as a template to work from when building up training seasons for your athletes.


 

Triathlon Event Plans

Ironman Programs

 
Pre Planned Ironman Programs are all 20 weeks in duration and include early conditioning periods as well as 3 week taper periods pre race. The plans are race proven with most athletes recording new personal best performances. Below each of the plans you can find the largest weeks training volume in hours so that you can have a clear idea whether it will fit in with your lifestyle.  Program Delivery & Training Peaks Accounts

All plans purchased will be sent out the evening of your purchase to the email address listed on your paypal account. You will have a 72 hour window in which to accept the plans. After 72 hours there will be an additional $5 per plan re-send fee.
