Our top tare coaching package is designed for atheltes who are looking for the very best results out of their training and racing. All of our training package are designed to be the very best possible plan. However what makes our top plan different is that we spend extra time analising the data that is coming into us from your tech (Garmin, Power meters, Personal Feedback, etc) in order to custimise your training for the best possible results. Most of the atheltes we have on this porgram fall into 3 catagories.

Elite Atheltes – Looking to perform on a world stage at the highest level of the sport.

Performance Age Groupers – Atheltes with very specific goals and high expectations for performance.

Athletes with difficult schedules – Their are a lot of atheltes who normal programming just doesnt work as they cannot fit their training into a normal schedule. WE can build around any schedule but due to the time this takes and the aditioanl communication to make things fit this is often the best plan for athletes of this type.

Whats included in the plan:

  • Fully periodized training plans that include base, speed, endurance, and strength programs
  • Individually customized weekly coaching program & yearly long term plan (ATP)
  • 3 hours of coach communication per month via phone or zoom call, plus the ability to add on additional time a la carte as needed.
  • Training Peaks account;
  • Monthly field-based testing and progress reporting
  • Nutritional Guidance & Strength Program (if needed).
  • Additional athlete support materials for improving athlete training, goal setting and race day performances.
  • Additional features may be added to your package after your consultation with your coach as performance programs need to be tailored to each athletes individuals needs.

 

 

Gold

Not everyone needs to go for our top tare package. For most atheltes the goal is to improve, how much you want to improve by is up to you and this is a great package for getting your to your goals. This is a great package from those atheltes looking to take their racing up to the next level.

Who normally would race and train at this level:

Age group athletes – Trying to qualify for national teams or rank highly on the national stage.

Elite Level Junior and Developemnt Atheltes – Atheltes with National Team goals or asperations of racing Professionally in the long term.

Athletes with difficult goals – Sometimes athletes sign up for races or have goals that are going to be hard to attain. If this sounds like you then this is likey a good program to be on.

Silver

If you would like to go beyond semi custom and startic programs and you are looking for a much more detailed personalised plan that fits both your life and your goals then this is a great package to start on.

At any give time about 60% my age group athletes are on this program and it is a great program for those atheltes with a normal weekly work schedule that is not too difficult to work training around. It is also well suited to those athletes who have trained for events in the past but want to go to the next level.
